In this position, she functions as the programming architect of our lineup, managing everything from show development and music curation to presenter training and compliance. Simultaneously, Naledi acts as the primary link between our on-air voices and the audience, driving the station’s creative storytelling while empowering our presenters and volunteers to deliver engaging, community-driven broadcasts.
